Q: Hi, We are, 4 adults, will arrive to Los Angeles (LAX) International Airport on Tuesday 26 August 2014 at 02:45 PM. We would like to join this tour 3-Day Bus Tour to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon West (Skywalk), Hoover Dam from Los Angeles (Depart from LA/End in LA) **2 Nights in Las Vegas. I need to book a hotel for 1 night on Tue 26 August 2014 and 1 night on Friday 29 August 2014. Are we going to be picked up from and drop off at Howard Johnson Hotel Fullerton? As we would like to stay in the hotel where we can be picked up and drop off. Do you have any services for airport pick up? Thank you. Le.

Q: Hi, i would like to know the exact time the trip starts (pick-up place and time) and what would be the drop-off schedule (time & drop-off Airport) for the last day so i can check on the Air tickets. 2014-02-18 23:08:48 Dear Sebastien, Transfers in from LAX are available on the first day of the tour for arrival coming in anytime between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. On the last day of the tour, the group will be transported out to LAX. It is advisable to book the tour initially then arrange your airfare after your tour reservation is confirmed. Note that the order of sightseeing will not always follow the order as shown on the tour's information page, but for the Universal Studios visit day, there will be short city sightseeing during the early part of the day covering the Chinese Theatre and the Walk of Fame before proceeding to the Universal Studios Theme Park. Q: Hi, We are a group of about 30 people and we like this tour's itinerary (2-5982) except the fact that we do not want the SF city tour on the second day because we have been to all the places in SF city. Instead, we would like to change the itinerary to a 1 day tour of the 17 Miles day /Monterey and Carmel city and come back to the same hotel in the evening. Are we allowed to change ? Perhaps, you can help me to search for a 7 or 8 days tour which starts from SF (SFO) and ends in LA (LAX) that includes, Monterey, Yosemite, Las Vegas and LA but do not include the SF city tour. 2014-02-18 22:50:37 Dear Samuel, The tour routing may change to where you may travel to Las Vegas on the 2nd day instead of going up towards San Francisco depending on your selected travel date. At the moment, we will not be able to customize our tours to change the highlights of just 1 day of the tour itinerary. Regretfully, we do not have any similar tours that replaces the San Francisco visit with a trip out to the 17 mile drive Monterey/ Carmel area. The tour guide will assist customers with hotel check in at 3:30pm. After the check-in process is completed, the tour guide will leave the hotel to conduct the optional night tour in Las Vegas. If you are arriving after 3:30pm, you will not be able to check into the hotel by yourself as you would need to wait for the tour guide to assist you after the night tour is concluded. Usually the tour guide will return to the hotel at approximately 10:30pm. In this case, we suggest you deposit your luggage at the hotel and arrange the rest of the night on your own.
